Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Security Officer License by Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD).
• Trained first aider and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) certification preferred.
• Familiar with fire and traffic safety laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations and ensure safety of guests and team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel asset removal policy.
• Interact positively with guests and resolve complaints.

Skills

Ability to organize and direct staff

Knowledge in MS Word and Excel

Education

High School or Secondary Vocational School graduate
