Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a site operations coordinator to manage daily operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will liaise with clients on site requirements, deploy staff, and ensure rosters and attendances are accurate.

The role involves coordinating with site leads on backlogs and resolving on-site issues. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and willing to hands-on when needed, with a Class 3 driving licence and the ability to respond quickly to

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple sites.
• Liaise with clients to understand and meet requirements.
• Arrange daily staff deployments to sites; minimize liquidated damages.
• Roster monthly schedules.
• Coordinate with site in charge on backlog and issues.
• Report daily attendance and ensure timesheets are complete.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for operations.
• Arrange coverage for staff absences and participate hands-on when needed.
• Respond promptly to business or project assignments as needed.

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily sta deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head o ce and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly nancial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of sta and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
