Primary Objectives:
Operate and maintain LTA's Bus Ticketing System (BTS) to the highest standards.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to fare charging.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (MSI, Kenetics, SimplyGo, EzLink, LTA) to ensure seamless commuter journeys and accurate fare collection.
Manage bus cash collections and reporting to LTA.
Operate and maintain the Next Bus Departure Display System (NBDD) at all SBST Bus Interchanges/Terminals.
Facilitate LTA's BTS audits.
Major Responsibilities:
System Management: Oversee the proper functioning of the BTS, Cash Centre Operations, and CCTV Operations.Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of fare systems.Meet and exceed LTA BCM KPIs for Over-deduction claims, DAGW, WLAN, and BOLC availability.
Financial Reporting: Submit monthly statements of excess cash fares, cross-border service declarations, and annual audited statements of cash fares collection and complimentary ticket audits to LTA.
Fare Management: Plan, lead, and execute fare revision exercises.
Reporting & Auditing: Submit regular reports (monthly BTS Maintenance KPI report, Bus Exception report, BTS quality assurance audit report, TP3 & TP4 WLAN quarterly PM health report, complimentary tickets collection report) to LTA.
System Maintenance: Ensure quarterly NBDD preventive maintenance and upkeep of the NBDD system. Upload content to the NBDD platform as requested.
Asset Management: Serve as asset champion for ISO55001 and participate in ISO audits (ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO55001).
Tendering & Procurement: Participate in LTA Bus Contract Tenders and manage contracts with LTA and other stakeholders.
CCTV Management: Facilitate CCTV viewing by Police and submit monthly reports on Bus Lane Violations.
Electronic Display Systems: Manage electronic display sign systems (6 different models), the SeP system, and configuration data for NOBE.
Team Leadership: Guide and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline.
More than 3 years of experience in a senior appointment within a large organization (land transport experience preferred).
Strong operational experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in data analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage pressure and criticism effectively.
Tenacity and resilience.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Practical experience in project management and leadership.
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO55001).
