Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver scheduled reports for both internal and external clients
• Work with data to deliver analysis and insights
• Develop tools to drive productivity gains, process improvements and further ESG integration
• Participate in engagement with corporates
• Assist in ESG integration work with the investment teams
• Conduct ESG-focused research, including industry trends and other thematic analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of studies, such as sustainable finance, computer/data science, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in ESG with familiarity in key ESG concepts; understanding of investment principles is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Power Query; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience with ESG metrics and data platforms (e.g., MSCI ESG Manager, Glass Lewis) is an advantage.
• Skilled in managing and manipulating large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to translate complex, fragmented data into actionable insights for decision‑making.
