We are hiring a Project Executive (IoT, POS, Smart Vending) for our Singapore office.

As a Project Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring our projects are coordinated and handled fully, from requirement gathering to delegation of work and deployment of solutions successfully, ensuring client satisfaction.

Konbini Technologies (konbitech.com) builds Smart Machines for Asset Management systems and Unmanned Self-checkout & POS systems for the Industrial, Institutional and Government sectors, comprising of IT devices, Smart Machines and cloud‑based software.

We are a regional team specialising in software development, systems integration and machine development.

JOB SCOPE

• Gather and understand IoT project requirements from business team & clients – Hardware Requirements, Software logic requirements, Cloud
• Document tasks, delegate tasks and keep track of progress.
• Manage Technicians to ensure tasks are delegated and completed successfully.
• Ensure Project requirements are fulfilled and tested – Cloud systems, Apps, Hardware.
• Coordinate Projects with clients including attending meetings where needed.
• Oversee and assist with onsite deployments of smart machine systems when required.

REQUIREMENT

You MUST have key skills we are looking for – please only apply if you have at least 2 out of 4 skills.

• IT Hardware experience – tablets, power supplies, routers, networking.
• Software experience – software logic, desktop applications, Android apps.
• Cloud solutions – comfortable with handling of cloud‑based ERP or CMS systems.
• Electrical and Electronic Skills – voltage testing, wire stripping, soldering, multimeter usage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management tools like Asana and project management philosophies like Kanban, Agile.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in handling Cloud computing/SaaS systems.
