Job summary
A leading management consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for a 1-year contract role. The candidate will support a project team overseeing the closure of a large-scale gaming and racing facility. Responsibilities include cross-agency coordination, vendor management, and developing policies. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Weekend work may be required. Located near Bugis MRT, the role offers a salary up to $6K.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Background in public sector procurement is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workstreams with internal teams and agencies.
- Support procurement processes, including vendor sourcing.
- Manage consultants and conduct site inspections.
- Lead records acquisition and archival activities.
- Provide administrative and project management support.

Work Location: Near to Bugis MRT
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs (8.30AM - 6.00PM), Fri (8.30AM - 5.30PM)
This is a 1-year contract role supporting a project team overseeing the closure of a large-scale gaming and racing facility in Singapore. The role involves cross-agency coordination, vendor management, procurement support, and records management.
- Coordinate workstreams with internal teams, government agencies, vendors, and consultants
- Support procurement processes including vendor sourcing and evaluation
- Manage consultants and conduct site inspections
- Lead records acquisition and archival activities
- Assist with policy, procedure, and guideline development
- Provide administrative and project management support, including budget and timeline tracking
- Organise meetings and document action items
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in public sector procurement is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to support weekend work when required
- Experience in asset management or project management is a plus
