We are looking for Retail and Event Channel Admin Executive to support the Consumer business.

Responsibilities
  • Raising PO/SO/invoices for purchases thru AcuBuy, ROU and SAP APEX
  • Monitoring OPEX and Capex expenses
  • Handling BPC entries for OPEX and CAPEX budget
  • Managing OLA and contract terms with vendors / suppliers
  • Following up with suppliers and AP to ensure timely payments
  • Support in ad-hoc procurement or vendor sourcing
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
  • Updating org charts and team distribution lists
  • Overseeing uniform inventory and movements
  • Management of system access rights for Retail & Events staff and managers
  • Managing email distribution lists, including application, updates, and team list maintenance
  • Overseeing asset management and condemnation process
  • Calendar and meeting coordination
Skills for Success
