A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a Release Management Analyst to oversee technology-related releases. The role requires strong coordination skills and at least 3 years of release management experience, preferably in the payment or financial services sector. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and have a good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies. This position involves interaction with various teams to ensure seamless release processes and compliance with standards.
The Technology Division at BCS is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of BCS applications such as FAST, Giro, CTS, PayNow, SGQR, TFR, eGIRO and its critical infrastructure, ensuring its operational stability, regulatory compliance, and service reliability.
The IT Service Management Team under Technology supports critical business services such as FAST, GIRO, CTS and PayNow. The team delivers resilient, high-quality IT services through effective incident, change, problem, and asset management, operating at the core of IT operations to support both business continuity and customer satisfaction.
The Release Management Analyst role is responsible for managing all technology related releases and ensuring releases are reviewed per the release management process. The incumbent will run release review meetings, review the status and the incumbent is also expected to review and manage the release calendar.
