Maintenance E&I Planner

We are looking for you, Maintenance E&I Planner to our maintenance team in Tuas Refinery.

In this role you will focus on mechanical maintenance execution and work closely with Asset Management, Operation, Technical, HSSEQ and other functional teams.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

  • Develop detailed planning steps incorporating safety standards and site requirements, for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for Scheduling.
  • Develop & complete planning work packages, readying/setting up for execution.
  • Coordinate with PMC, Asset Integrity & Reliability team, Warehouse team, Procurement team and contractors or vendors for work package preparations.
  • Referencing detailed planning steps for work requests, to prepare materials or spare parts required, create & release inventory PR, generate MR for stock items.
  • Coordinate with procurement, asset integrity & technical team on getting accurate & cost competitive materials, services and technical specialists/expertise to enable field execution team in achieving safe, quality & timely maintenance activities, subsequently raising PRs.
  • Create and update task lists in the task library and contribute to continuous improvement for task lists accuracy.
  • Work closely with the scheduler to optimise all resources & duration for efficiency, while making sure Operations and Safety are not compromised.
  • Deliver long-term visioned planning by anticipating opportunities, strategies & equipment/asset conditions to formulate effective and efficient plans.

  • At least 8 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical in the same position for 5 years.
  • Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, reliability methodologies.
  • Good communication with strategic thinking, negotiation, and business sense.
  • Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant equipment.
  • Knowledge in CMMS software.
