A leading manpower services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to define and execute the IT strategy, manage enterprise infrastructure, and oversee cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience, with a strong focus on IT governance, team leadership, and vendor management. A Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. This role offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic work environment.
Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Manage enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, business systems) and ensure stable operations.
Oversee IT service management (ITSM) processes such as incident, problem, change, and asset management.
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for internal users and external stakeholders.
Implement and oversee information security controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate vulnerability management, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
Act as escalation point for major incidents and security events.
Lead, mentor, and develop IT engineers, administrators, and support teams.
Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers.
Drive performance management, training, and succession planning.
Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Oversee IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
Prepare management reports, risk assessments, and executive updates.
8–12 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Experience managing enterprise-scale environments and multi-vendor ecosystems.
Solid knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and best practices.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
Infrastructure platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, storage).
Networking and security technologies.
ITSM tools, monitoring systems, and project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prince2, CISSP, AWS/Azure, or equivalent).
