Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.

• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Applications & Service Delivery

• Manage enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, business systems) and ensure stable operations.

• Oversee IT service management (ITSM) processes such as incident, problem, change, and asset management.

• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for internal users and external stakeholders.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement and oversee information security controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate vulnerability management, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.

• Act as escalation point for major incidents and security events.

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT engineers, administrators, and support teams.

• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers.

• Drive performance management, training, and succession planning.

Stakeholder Engagement & Projects

• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.

• Oversee IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

• Prepare management reports, risk assessments, and executive updates.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Management Skills

• 8–12 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or lead role.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, and cybersecurity.

• Experience managing enterprise-scale environments and multi-vendor ecosystems.

• Solid knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks and best practices.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.

Qualifications
