Responsibilities

You will be front office support the core trading system (BloombergAIM) and other platforms (e.g. FactSet) used by various users. You will also manage all the data feed services, licenses and data linessubscribed by the organization centrally via a management system.

Platforms

• Provide support to Bloomberg AIM and other front-office platforms to ensure efficient service quality.
• Ensure daily business-as-usual (BAU) support as per SOP
• Perform regular systematic checks and assist in audits related to the trading platform and other related applications/platforms.
• Understand and capture business requirements from investment research teams, portfolio managers, trading desks and operations in order to effectively transform these into technical specifications.

Market Data Management

• Manage contracts with vendors related to platforms, market data feed subscriptions and user licenses.
• Build and maintain good relationship with a diverse group of external vendors.
• Facilitate data usage audits and enforce compliance with terms and conditions based on agreements.
• Vendor management: Track incidents, negotiate change requests, and escalation issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Data/IT (or equivalent) with minimum 1-2 years of work experience as an analyst in Financial institutions or Asset management domain experience desirable.
• Solid understanding of Bloomberg Asset & Investment Manager (AIM) platform – as a system administrator and product specialist.
• Experience managing platforms such as FactSet.
