Job summary
A leading e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations on various online marketplaces. Responsibilities include order administration, customer interaction, and logistics coordination. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with local marketplace analytics tools. This role requires a proactive team player willing to learn, and is open only to Singaporeans.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Singapore marketplace analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage online orders on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and reply to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate packing and shipment arrangements.

As an E-commerce Executive for the Singapore market, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce activities on various online marketplaces in Singapore.
- Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms
- Daily monitor and reply to customer inquiries
- Coordination of packing & arrangement of shipment
- Uploading & maintaining SKUs selection on the e-commerce platform
- Assist with price adjustments/promotion on the e-commerce platform
- Media, KOL, Affiliate Engagement
- Any other related work
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Singapore marketplace analytics tools (e.g. Lazada Seller Center, Qoo10 Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center)
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player, proactive and self-motivated.
- Team Player.
- Committed and willing to learn attitude.
- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing will be preferred.
