An international education institution in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Executive to manage the administrative aspects of their swimming programme. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, over two years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The role involves overseeing venue bookings and maintaining communication with various stakeholders while ensuring the smooth operation of sports administration.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the Merlions Swimming Programme and Learn to Swim (LTS) pathway. This includes fostering strong communication and collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, schools, and sporting organisations to enhance sports administration.
Additionally, the applicant will oversee venue bookings by coordinating with sport leaders to maintain and update venue schedules across school terms. Ensure accurate scheduling, support external hirers, liaise with the Finance Team on outstanding invoices, and keep venue records up to date.
The role reports to the Director of Swimming and Sports Manager through the Lead Sports Executive.
