About the job Customer Service Coordinator Cum Purchaser

Our client is a global leader in advanced driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, enhancing the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. With a focus on three core markets passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and off-highway equipment supports original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket worldwide through a robust network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities, ensuring localized product and service support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.
  • Supports the order-to-cash process with excellence in order processing.
  • Registers and processes customer orders in the system received via, electronic mail, phone, or through other contact with the customer.
  • Ensures order processing is handled correctly and in full and is transferred to the transporters (logistics). Raises issues in the delivery and/or invoices process with the Supervisor.
  • Acts as first-level contact with customers for answers to questions and in attempting to resolve complaints.
  • Completes registering / filing/archiving of customer service-related documentation.
  • Assures cooperation between customer service regarding the administration of customer orders.
  • Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned.

Qualification and Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in business studies /management equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in customer services/order management in a distribution center
  • Good intercommunication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation and cost-efficiency skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency responsibility and commitment to works
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
