A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Administrator to manage customer sales orders and ensure coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Business or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. This role offers up to $3300 and is full-time with a 5-day work week.

Responsible for managing and processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment and clear communication.
Prepare sales and export documents, including quotations, orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Verify and process incoming sales orders accurately.
Coordinate with Finance and Management for order approvals.
Generate shipping documents and track deliveries.
Handle customer emails, calls, and order inquiries.
Support general sales administration and coordination tasks.
Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, variation orders and other commercial documentation in coordination with the commercial and development team.
Assist in the preparation of pricing sheets, tender submissions, and bid documentation.
Maintain accurate records of proposal, agreement and change orders.
Assist in maintaining updated CRM entries and follow up schedules.
Support in preparing client reports, presentations and post‑sale documentation.
Plan and execute B2B‑focused social media campaigns across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Create content (e.g. videos, social media posts) that highlights projects, case studies, and company capabilities.
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
Research and identify new potential clients, and business opportunities.
Attend industry events, webinars, or trade fairs (if required) to support lead generation and brand visibility.
Degree holder in any disciplines.
Entry level – training will be provided.
Interest in the solar industry.
Experience in sales support, business development, or marketing is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
