Job summary
A global logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Finance Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable, support closing processes, and ensure accurate documentation. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Accountancy and have at least a year of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in MS Excel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the chosen applicant will collaborate within a team to ensure the precise and punctual completion of period-end accounting procedures and transaction processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions comprehensively.
- Providing support during period-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of intercompany balance transactions and associated reports.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and processing of all relevant payments.
- Fulfilling general duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and following instructions accurately.
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Available to commence work immediately or with short notice.
