• Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full set)
• Working Location: Tuas West Road (Transportation provided from Boon Lay MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + PB + VB + Birthday Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and month‑end closing
• Perform day‑to‑day data processing and transaction entries
• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation and submissions
• Generate monthly financial and management reports
• Participate in annual stock take exercises
• Support cash flow monitoring and accounts receivables management
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and finance‑related projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with full set of accounts
• Proficient in accounting software (ERP systems preferred)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis)
• Mature, independent, and self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive learning attitude and strong team player
