Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to manage both accounting and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing payroll, and overseeing HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Prepare and submit tax filings and audit documentation
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions
Human Resources Duties
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and claims
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles
  • Familiarity with payroll software and accounting tools (Xero)
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
