Job summary

- Conduct procurement operations and budget data entry.
- Prepare and consolidate budget administration.
- Engage stakeholders in budget and procurement discussions.

- Procurement operations and budget data entry.
- Administration, preparation and consolidation of budget
- Budget inputs tracking
- Supporting end-to-end meetings on budget, procurement, and planning matters.
- Analysis and assessments on budget utilisation and reporting.
- Engaging stakeholders.
- Degree in Business and Finance preferred
- 2-3 year of budget administration experience
- Knowledge of budget sources, allocation, and utilisation.
- Able to handle budget inputs, maintain accuracy, and prepare reports.
- Can interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Ensure accuracy in budget inputs, reports, and procurement documents.
- Able to convey financial and procurement matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
