A healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a diligent individual to manage invoicing and billing tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring timely submissions, verifying documents, and generating reports. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. Applicants should be both team players and independent workers, capable of demonstrating good initiative.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure timely submission of invoices to finance for billing or payments
Verification and tracking of billing documents
Ensure training operations and administrations are planned and executed
Generate and analyse statistics and submission of reports
Create, update and maintain standard operating procedure to ensure clarity of task
Engage key stakeholder to understand and assist in the execution of strategies
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and database management
Demonstrate good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
Good organisational, analytical and coordination skills
Team player and an independent worker with good initiatives
