A leading solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional responsible for outbound calls related to Lifescience products. This role involves creating sales proposals, supporting the sales team with timely quotations, and managing the sales administration process. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration and proven experience in inside sales. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential to excel in this position.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales who will be responsible for outbound calls for Lifescience products.

Office location: Science Park

Responsibilities
  • Create sales proposals to meet customer's expectations
  • Support sales team with timely quotations
  • Handle inter-company quotations
  • Ensure that the business unit achieves the desired gross profit; set and track sales targets for the team
  • Manage the sales administration process
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Maintain price lists and price booklets
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal requirements are met
  • Align sales and delivery expectations
  • Handle the outsourcing of services
  • Manage and grow partner and vendor relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Has proven work experience as an inside sales in Lifescience products.
  • Has hands on experience with CRM & ERP software and MS Tools; possesses in-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Has strong analytical and organizational skills
