Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, RHS clusters, MSWs, polyclinics, corporates, unions, and community groups to support patient referrals and public health outreach.
• Coordinate and execute health screening events, talks, and awareness campaigns targeting at-risk or underserved communities.
• Identify patients and caregivers who may benefit from financial, clinical, or lifestyle-related support, and facilitate appropriate follow-up.
• Track, evaluate, and improve outreach effectiveness; maintain an up-to-date stakeholder engagement database.
• Support CSR projects, internal collaborations, and direct marketing or referral campaigns across various channels.

Requirements

• Diploma in Healthcare, Social Work, Communications, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, or healthcare settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse groups.
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple events or initiatives simultaneously.

Salary: $3,200 to $4,000
