Role Overview

The BA will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver solutions for trade finance products such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Documentary Collections. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with business users to capture functional and non-functional requirements for trade finance systems.
• Process Analysis: Document current workflows and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams to design system enhancements or new features for trade finance platforms.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to international trade regulations (UCP 600, ISBP) and local compliance standards.
• Testing & Validation: Prepare test cases, support UAT, and validate system changes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between operations, product, compliance, and technology teams.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress and risk assessments.
