Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Regional Business Head based in Jeddah to lead operations across the Western region of KSA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, with a robust track record of managing teams and financials in the KSA or GCC markets. Responsibilities include business development, strategy formulation, and compliance reporting. An MBA and fluency in English are required, with Arabic as a bonus. The salary package is negotiable for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in non-food Sales leadership role.
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership role.
- Strong exposure to KSA or GCC markets.
