Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Regional Business Head based in Jeddah to lead operations across the Western region of KSA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, with a robust track record of managing teams and financials in the KSA or GCC markets. Responsibilities include business development, strategy formulation, and compliance reporting. An MBA and fluency in English are required, with Arabic as a bonus. The salary package is negotiable for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in non-food Sales leadership role.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to KSA or GCC markets.

Responsibilities

We have been retained by this well established company, who have an excellent reputation in the GCC region, to find them a Regional Business Head, Western region.This job role would be Jeddah based and would look after the company’s business across Western region of KSA.

We are interested in hearing from those you have the following skills, qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Management
  • MBA preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in non-food Sales leadership role, managing multiple sites or contracts
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership role
  • Strong exposure to KSA or GCC markets, preferably Western Region
  • Proven track record of managing large teams, P&L, and major projects
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Salary package: negotiable for the right person
