The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Government Relation Supervisor to oversee and support the daily operations of the People & Culture department at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of P&C functions, including government platforms, licenses, recruitment, and employee relations. Your efforts will be essential in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations across the hotel.
Supervise day-to-day Government Relations operations, ensuring smooth processing of all employee and hotel-related government transactions.
Manage visas, work permits, Iqama issuance/renewals, sponsorship transfers, and exit/re-entry visas in compliance with Saudi labor laws and Four Seasons standards.
Liaise with government authorities—including Jawazat, MHRSD, MOFA, GOSI, Labor Office, and Municipality—to follow up and resolve pending matters.
Conduct field visits when needed to finalize approvals, complete inspections, or follow up on urgent government requirements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance across all digital government platforms, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, MOFA, Baladi, and HRDF, MOT.
Support employee onboarding through governmental processes such as medical tests, biometrics, and issuance of legal documents.
Maintain updated and organized records of employee files, permits, licenses, and official correspondence.
Prepare GR reports and monitor key compliance metrics such as Saudization ratios, visa status, and renewal deadlines.
Coordinate government inspections, hotel license renewals, municipality documentation, and classification requirements.
Assist departments by providing accurate guidance on government procedures, timelines, and required documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
Proven experience in Government Relations in Saudi Arabia, preferably within hospitality, with supervisory background.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, visa regulations, and Saudization requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with government authorities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong working knowledge of Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, MOFA, Baladi, HRDF, MOT).
Strong proficiency in English.
