Qualifications and experience:

  1. Proven experience as a senior executive in the GRC consulting industry.
  2. Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  5. Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other equivalent professional qualification.
  7. Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience, preferably with previous experience of working in any of Big 4 Auditing Firms.

  1. Possess strong emotional intelligence to manage employees, Board Committee members, customers and other key stakeholders.
  2. Strong marketing skills for business development.
  3. Effective Decision Making abilities.
  4. Create vision for the organization and achieve positive workplace culture through transformational leadership.
  5. Positive mindset for growth in constantly evolving business environment.
  6. Assertive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrate integrity, ethics and strong commitment to Organization vision and influence employees as Role model.
  8. Ability to think strategically considering long term goals of organization by continuously analyzing trends and examine SWOT analysis.
  9. Possess financial acumen that includes ability to analyze financial statements, identify potential risks and opportunities and make sound financial decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and communicate the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Identify growth opportunities and set long-term goals for the organization. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  2. Financial Management:
    Develop and manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and performance metrics. Ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  3. Client Engagement:
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their GRC needs are met. Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.
  4. Team Leadership:
    Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GRC consultants and professionals. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Mitigate risks and develop strategies to address compliance challenges.
  6. Market Positioning:
    Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  7. Stakeholder Relations:
    Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Represent the company in public forums and industry events.
  8. Operational Efficiency:
    Streamline internal processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Business Development:
In this role, most of your responsibilities will be dedicated to Business Development, where your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. Your key BD responsibilities include:
  1. Strategic BD Planning:
    Develop and execute a clear and ambitious business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities for market expansion.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    Lead efforts to identify and acquire new clients and accounts. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and prospects.
  3. Strategic Partnerships:
    Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and collaborations that can enhance our offerings and market reach. Negotiate and secure partnerships to drive mutual growth.
  4. Market Expansion:
    Explore opportunities to enter new markets, both domestically and internationally. Assess market trends and competition to tailor our approach effectively.
  5. Revenue Optimization:
    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and sales processes. Explore diversification of revenue streams and innovative business models.
  6. Innovation and Product Development:
    Evaluate the potential for expanding our product or service offerings to meet evolving market demands. Ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
