This is a full time on site role for an AI Business Analyst based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on understanding business needs, identifying AI use cases, and translating requirements into clear functional specifications for AI solutions.

The AI Business Analyst will attend discovery meetings, analyze business processes, create proposals and solution briefs, and work closely with cross functional teams to ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations. Regular communication and coordination with stakeholders are part of the role.

• Basic understanding of business analysis and requirement gathering
• Ability to understand business processes and suggest improvements
• Ability to translate business needs to technical teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present business and technical ideas clearly using slide decks
• Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
• Interest in AI and its business applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
