We are seeking a high-energy Senior Business Analyst to be a part of the solution function within Mozn. The Consultant will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

• Establish the work processes and procedures by creating content and documentation.
• Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
• Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques.
• Communicate with senior clients in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve.
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.

• BS/MS and excellent academic record required
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting is preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and be a team player
• Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
• Have excellent communication skills
• Solutions and result oriented
