Education
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Documentation Specialist with experience in ERP and CRM systems. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM modules.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map processes and identify gaps.
- Support configuration and customization decisions by translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Validate solutions during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Documentation Specialist.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Functional knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
