Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support our business operations and project teams. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to improve processes and support decision-making.

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in process mapping and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support project teams with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.

• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with business process modeling or project management is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, or data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Design Tailored Solutions : Develop specific Microsoft 365, security, compliance, and endpoint management strategies that align with organizational goals and requirements.
• Implement Robust Security Measures : Establish and deploy advanced security protocols and technologies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure Compliance Alignment : Update and refine compliance measures to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
