An international company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Works Supervisor to oversee public works projects. Responsibilities include planning, supervising site operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and budget standards, and maintaining stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing public works projects efficiently.

On behalf of one of our international clients based in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Works Supervisor (Public Works):
- Ensure the planning, organization and supervision of public works sites. Coordinate the different phases of the project from start-up to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and deadlines. Monitor work execution and resolve technical problems encountered on site.
- Manage on-site teams, including workers, technicians and subcontractors. Distribute tasks and monitor daily activities.
- Ensure implementation of site safety procedures and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise the site budget, control expenses and optimize costs. Prepare financial reports and monitor project budget progress.
- Maintain close relations with customers, partners and other stakeholders. Ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the project.
- Manage technical and administrative site documentation. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
