Job Description:

URGENT HIRE

1. Serves products to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
2. Participates in all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
3. Safely handles all hot and cold drinks during drink preparation.
4. Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
5. Restocks products when necessary and routinely cleans the bar area.
6. Assists in the distribution of weekly and daily shipments.
7. Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
8. Always wears a clean and ironed uniform; be well-groomed every day (clean-shaven, hair short, and nails short and clean).
9. Perpetuates company philosophy and culture.
10. Maintains a high level of motivation to ensure quality and consistent product.
11. Quick learner and executor of the tasks assigned by senior staff.
12. Hardworking with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
13. Maintains the highest quality and consistent product standards.
14. Follows all company beverage and food recipes and procedures to the standards.
15. Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
16. Listens to store manager instructions and sends/receives feedback.
17. Assists in maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store.
18. Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
19. Responds pro-actively to prevent customer service situations.
