Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor with a strong background in car repairs to efficiently manage and organize daily operations on the workshop floor. The supervisor will ensure smooth workflow, high-quality repairs, proper task distribution, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Oversee technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower.
  • Monitor repair quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of vehicles under repair and verify progress.
  • Coordinate with the parts, insurance, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and improve processes where necessary.
  • Maintain workshop equipment and ensure availability of required tools and materials.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, pending work, and challenges.
  • Train and guide technicians to enhance their performance and technical skills.
