Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Commissioning & MEP Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including data centers and advanced manufacturing facilities for automotive, intelligent devices, and semiconductor-related products. This role requires deep technical expertise in MEP systems and commissioning, combined with leadership skills to manage complex, high-performance environments.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership
    • Oversee commissioning and MEP activities across design, construction, and handover phases.
    • Ensure compliance with mission-critical standards for reliability, redundancy, and performance.
    • Drive quality assurance and risk management throughout project life‑cycle.
  • Technical Delivery
    • Support factory design, construction, and commissioning for advanced technology projects.
    • Manage integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with IT and process equipment.
    • Implement best practices for energy efficiency, sustainability, and uptime.
  • Team & Resource Management
    • Structure and manage commissioning teams and MEP specialists.
    • Mentor junior engineers and ensure knowledge transfer within the organization.
  • Business Development
    • Support bid preparation and contribute to winning new projects.
    • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the technical authority for commissioning and MEP systems.
    • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 15–20 years of experience in commissioning and MEP management for mission-critical facilities.
  • Proven track record in data centers and advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of factory design, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, NFPA, etc.).
