- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and address technical issues promptly.
- Manage quality control and ensure timely project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- must be located in KSA currently
- Proven experience in residential construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and site management skills.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Abha.
