Job Purpose
Establishes good relations with organizational leaders to ensure planned talent outreach and engagement activities. Analyses various approaches to identify potential candidates and ensures engaging and optimal experience for employees. Execute processes and programs to enable talent acquisition, in order to enable achievement of headcount target.

Key Accountabilities
- Analyzes various sourcing approaches and tools.
- Determines implications of organizational current and future needs on hiring requirements.
- Implements various outreach plans for different target talent pools.
- Attends career events to solicit interest from external talent pools.
- Develops hiring collaterals based on organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors involved in the sourcing and attraction of talent. Partners with hiring organizations to implement Talent Acquisition strategy addressing current and future recruitment needs based on the approved headcount.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring organization, Human Resources & Executives.
- Perform full cycle hiring process through screening, interviewing, testing, and short listing.
- Responsible for the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer acceptance and turn downs.
- Responsible for all coordination between organizations and candidates for anything related to interview scheduling, offers, and candidates feedback.
- Prepare reports for openings, hires, and post hire summaries for hiring organizations when appropriate.
- Identifies opportunities to convert potential employees into new hires.
- Proposes improvements to the sourcing processes.
- Implement policies and procedures in selection, assessment and hiring, in accordance to fair employment regulations and practices.
- Propose assessment tools to be used for selection.
- Conducts background research of job applicants to identify any critical issues.
- Shortlist candidates for hiring managers based on assessment results.
- Analyses assessment effectiveness.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Recruitment.

0 to 3 years related experience covering Talent Acquisition in oil & gas sector organization.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
