Manage daily operations of online stores (e.g. Shopify / Amazon / Noon / local platforms).

• Upload, update and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, tags).
• Maintain correct prices, stock status, and product categories.

Order & Customer Management

• Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely shipment.
• Track delivery status, handle order exceptions (delays, returns, refunds, exchanges).
• Reply to customer inquiries via chat/email and maintain good ratings and reviews.

Marketing & Promotion Execution

• Plan and execute platform promotions (campaigns, coupons, flash sales, bundles).
• Coordinate with design team for banners, product images, landing pages.

Skills

• Basic design sense (know what kind of images convert better).
• Knowledge of copywriting (persuasive product descriptions).
• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, or social media.
• For cross-border e-commerce: understanding of international shipping, duties, and local market habits.
