Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing suitable solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client entertainment activities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals aligned with customer requirements, and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to process orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Record all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities accurately using CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and gather market insights.
  • Assist in resolving post-sale issues and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct during client meetings, including VIP clients, in accordance with company standards.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales systems such as Opera and basic reporting tools.
  • Must be based in Riyadh with a valid KSA driving license.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and capable of handling VIP client meetings.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledge of high‑end events and the luxury market is preferred.
