A leading energy company located in Saudi Arabia is seeking a data analyst for career development programs. The role requires analyzing data, generating reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience in HR Training & Performance operations, preferably in the oil and gas sector. Proficiency in English and/or Arabic at a B2 level is also required. This position plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making and performance management.
Providing data analysis, reporting, and insights to inform strategic planning and program performance improvement.

0 to 3 years related experience, covering HR Training & Performance operations in oil & gas sector organization.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
