Role: Senior Sales Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value B2B opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. You will manage the full sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and business leaders, showcasing how our ERP solutions address complex workforce and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and participation in industry events.
• Deliver high-impact product demos and presentations customized to client needs and challenges.
• Understand client pain points in HR and operations, positioning our ERP solution as a consultative and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with SDRs, product, and implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff and long-term customer success.
• Accurately forecast and report pipeline metrics and sales performance using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and HR tech developments.
Required Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
• Consultative selling mindset with a solution-focused approach.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
