We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will be responsible for leading and optimizing the financial planning and analysis processes for GREF, ensuring accurate cost distribution, driving financial transparency across the organization. This role will also support execution of global initiatives and improvements across the greater GREF landscape. This individual will work with global business partners, local finance teams, accounting teams, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver on these goals.

• Financial Planning, Analysis, and Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes, methodologies, and frameworks for GREF
• Financial Planning, Analysis, and Process Optimization: Lead the design and execution of financial models that support accurate financial reporting and decision-making
• Financial Planning, Analysis, and Process Optimization: Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives and growth plans
• Financial Planning, Analysis, and Process Optimization: Own system integrations and data flow related to FP&A processes
• Financial Planning, Analysis, and Process Optimization: Stay current with industry best practices and integrate innovative approaches into GREF\'s financial planning and analysis methodologies
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the production of high-quality financial reports and analyses related to GREF operations
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of financial processes
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Lead monthly reviews of financial and operating metrics, analyze variances to forecast, and communicate key drivers to senior management
• Chart of Accounts Management and Systems Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert for IBM Cognos/TM1, FRAMES, and Spectra
• Chart of Accounts Management and Systems Ownership: Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations for these platforms to support GREF\'s financial processes
• Chart of Accounts Management and Systems Ownership: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of these systems for financial planning and reporting purposes

• 7+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 7+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• 7+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 7+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 7+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor\'s degree and 7+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
