Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director of Marketing Data & Analytics to lead our efforts in harnessing data-driven insights to shape and optimize our marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust analytics frameworks that facilitate informed decision-making and enhance our marketing performance. The Senior Director will oversee a team of analytics professionals, guiding them in the application of advanced analytics techniques, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation to drive effective marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data insights align with overall business objectives and marketing goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of data-driven marketing within Qiddiya, as we strive to create engaging and impactful customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing comprehensive marketing analytics projects, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for optimization. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related fields, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the entertainment, tourism, or real estate sectors.
