- Analyze safety data and generate detailed reports on trends, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data-driven insights to support HSE decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with HSE teams to improve data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor and track safety performance metrics across operations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management on safety statistics and recommendations.
- 5-10 years of experience in data analysis within the health and safety sector, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and reporting standards.
