Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure service quality.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 3 plus years of sales experience (logistics/freight preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High levels of ownership, target orientation, and field discipline
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and coordinate with multiple departments
