Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure service quality.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management team.
