Job description

JASARA PMC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration and management, ensuring that all contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

As a Contracts Manager, you will work closely with project teams, legal advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective contract negotiations, resolve disputes, and maintain positive working relationships. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring contract performance, managing claims and change orders, and implementing best practices in contract management to support project objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and experience with various contract types, including FIDIC.
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
