Are you passionate about Foodservice customer growth and ready to drive the next chapter of growth in the SEA region? Growth of dairy in SEA has been significant over the last decade and is estimated to continue at a rapid rate. Arla SEA has seen strong growth in Foodservice, and to help us continue reaching our future ambition, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to help drive our customer growth journey to the next level.

Based in Kuala Lumpur in the SEA regional team, the Marketing Manager - Foodservice will, alongside market sales teams, drive customer initiatives to grow our business and our customers’ business across markets. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end customer engagement, providing thought leadership to the Foodservice community, and helping to generate demand with Foodservice customers. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking and a strong collaborative mindset – above all, passion for Foodservice and partnership!

How you will make an impact

• Collaborate with sales teams in markets to develop customer engagement initiatives
• Create customer specific insight-driven project briefs to align with key stakeholders
• Lead customer insight and trend analysis (industry, competitive, customer, customer’s consumer)
• Orchestrate customized selling stories to engage with customers
• Drive evolution of our brand by developing compelling customer brand identities and ensuring this is reflected in our strategy and annual business planning
• Support customer driven innovation, customer marketing activation where required and distributor partners development to drive our strategic customer agenda

What will make you successful

• 5+ years’ experience in Foodservice or FMCG industry, customer marketing experience will be an advantage
• Strong collaboration skills, can-do attitude and partnership mindset
• Creative and strategic planning ability to craft insights and tell stories succinctly
• Ability to present confidently and clearly communicate to all levels, both internally and externally
• Highly skilled in both written and oral communication
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
