To sustain daily Trim and Form machine performance, OEE, UDT, MTBA.

In your new role, you will:

• Yield improvement, quality improvement.
• Lead a team of technicians and provide training to them.
• Update JHAM and execute PFMEA.
• Machine setup and new machine buy-off.
• Maintain green line sustainability, Radar stop rule adherence.
• Improve maintenance costs.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and the functionality of tools and dies for Trim and Form.
• Understanding of TPM concepts.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Bahasa.
