Job summary
A logistics company is seeking a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive in Selangor, Malaysia, to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and enhance market share. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and knowledge of the logistics industry are essential. This position promotes a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Malaysia logistics market and regulatory environment.

- Knowledge of Malaysia logistics market and regulatory environment.
- Existing network in logistics or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
