Job description

Provide onsite installation supervision and commissioning for Pumps (including related pumping system).

Perform hands‑on on‑site troubleshooting, service / repairs on KSB end suction pumps and multistage centrifugal pumps.

To carry out field preventive/​schedule/​predictive maintenance.

Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service.

Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action.
