Job summary
A leading manufacturing firm in Selangor is seeking a finance leader to manage financial reporting and compliance, assist in budgeting, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and certifications like ACCA or CPA, with 5–8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position. This is a challenging role that requires strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/FMCG; external audit background preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and solid knowledge of MFRS.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and manage small teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
- Coordinate year-end audit and tax filings.
- Conduct scenario analyses for financial decision-making.
