Contact Center Sales Agent (German Speaker/B2 to C1 Fluency Level)
Job summary
A leading company is hiring a remote Sales Associate to engage with potential customers interested in health products. The role requires proficiency in German and includes responsibilities like managing inquiries and building customer relationships. Candidates with sales experience or a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply, offered a competitive salary package.
Qualifications
- German speaking (B2 to C1 fluency level).
- 1 to 2 years sales and call center experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn with strong desire to work in sales.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and sell health products.
- Handle customer inquiries and close sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues.
Skills
- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in the products; call "warm" customer base and sell goods for health (i.e. vitamins, bioactive supplements) using provided scripts
- Handle inquiries from customers interested in buying or learning more about products, provide information, and close sales
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary
- Establish positive and professional relationships with customers to enhance the company's image and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate and correct completion of the CRM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- German speaking (B2 to C1 fluency level)
- At least 1 to 2 year sales and call center experience; candidates with no experience but with strong desire to learn and work in sales, are also welcome to apply, but must have the required German language proficiency
- Must have good communication skills
- Result-oriented, sales-motivated and thrives in high-pressure situations
- Must be amenable to work Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week), 2:00 pm to11:00 pm Philippines time
