Wizard Ventures is a Berlin-based venture studio that’s obsessed with launching new products and services. Whether by building from scratch or acquiring promising digital businesses, our mission is simple: create great products people love to use.

We’re looking for a Founder Associate to work closely with our Co-Founders and take end-to-end ownership of new product ideas. From early ideation to launching a MVP, through to market validation and building out scalable distribution systems -you’ll be deeply involved at every step.

What you will be doing

• Product: Work from idea to shipping the first version of the product
• Validation: Run interviews andvalidate ideas - iterate fast
• Distribution: Execute onuser acquisition activities that are the best product channel fit (Ads, Shortform Videos, Outreach etc.)
• AI-Enabled Execution: Leverage the latest AI tools for speed, automation, and creativity
• Project Ownership: Act as the de facto founder for one or several ideas

What you need to succeed

• Strong product sense and hands-on experience with MVP development
• Deep understanding of distribution, from early traction to scalable growth loops
• Ideally proven ability to create reach and convert that to users
• Fluency with AI tools - you know how to build, create, or automate with them
• Experience shipping projects, meeting deadlines and getting staff done
• Entrepreneurial drive, autonomy, and hunger to learn from doing
• You know how to figure things our you haven't done before
• Bonus: Any kind of side hustles or previous founding experience

• Start as soon as possible
• Whether you have an apprenticeship, a university degree or none of the two, it doesn't matter to us, as long as you are motivated and can show the necessary experience
