Job summary
A customer service company in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support Mandarin-speaking customers. Skills
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure they have an outstanding experience with our services. You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience: 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Background: Experience in customer service, customer success, or support is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Education: Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
- Competitive Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,300 per month, with a Language Allowance of RM300.
